Chastity Tracker 📅

When we started our chastity journey, my husband created a spreadsheet to track our progress. We use it to track when and how we have sex and orgasms and have collected a few years of data now. We have decided to share the tracker with you, my dear readers, for free.

It allows you, for example, to ascertain you are getting more orgasms than him, make sure he is not coming too often, or check what’s his longest lock-up time so far. Just enter your and your husband’s orgasms into the tracker and all the calculations and graphs are done automatically.

There are are multiple versions of the tracker. For most people I would recommend to download v6.3. Alternatively, v6.1 for OnlyOffice and Google Sheets users. v6.3 and v6.1 are mostly the same but v6.1 lacks the big timeline chart at the bottom that does not display correctly in OnlyOffice and Google Sheets, and also there are two additional charts in v6.3: one for "other activities" (e.g. you can note a long tease and denial session even though no orgasm has happned) and one showing a ranking of his longest streaks without orgasm. Both of these charts were added recently and are not shown in the screenshots here nor backported to v6.1. There are also older versions (v5 and v4) of the tracker with more complex and detailed outputs that show how things have changed over time. Some tips:

• The spreadsheet consists of three main sheets: on the first sheet you enter your chastity start date, on the “Input” sheet you enter your and your husband’s orgasms, and the “Statistics” sheet shows you your progress. You don’t need any Excel skills to use this.
• For each day you can enter up to six orgasm for her and two for him.
• You can create your own custom orgasm categories in the “Advanced Settings” sheet. In the same sheet, you can also pause the tracker, which can be useful when you temporarily stop chastity play for whatever reason.
• If you want to access your tracker across all devices (e.g. phone and computer) or share it with your partner, you can save this file in a cloud (for example, Excel can open and save files saved in OneDrive).
