Chastity Tracker 📅
When we started our chastity journey, my husband created a spreadsheet to track our progress. We use it to track when and how we have sex and orgasms and have collected a few years of data now. We have decided to share the tracker with you, my dear readers, for free.
It allows you, for example, to ascertain you are getting more orgasms than him, make sure he is not coming too often, or check what’s his longest lock-up time so far. Just enter your and your husband’s orgasms into the tracker and all the calculations and graphs are done automatically.

Note: The current tracker is "Version 6". There are older versions of the tracker with more complex and detailed outputs, but calculations take longer and it may not be compatible with all spreadsheet applications.

Some tips:
- The spreadsheet consists of three main sheets: on the first sheet you enter your chastity start date, on the “Input” sheet you enter your and your husband’s orgasms, and the “Statistics” sheet shows you your progress. You don’t need any Excel skills to use this.
- For each day you can enter up to six orgasm for her and two for him.
- You can create your own custom orgasm categories in the “Advanced Settings” sheet. In the same sheet, you can also pause the tracker, which can be useful when you temporarily stop chastity play for whatever reason.
- If you want to access your tracker across all devices (e.g. phone and computer) or share it with your partner, you can save this file in a cloud (for example, Excel can open and save files saved in OneDrive).
- The current version works fine in the most popular apps, such as Microsoft Office, LibreOffice, OnlyOffice, Google Sheets, Softmaker Office, or WPS Office. Click here to show in more detail which spreadsheet applications are compatible...

Reader statistics
I have asked some of the women who have read my website and used my tracker to share the results with me. Below are some of the results of my 2021/2022 Chastity Survey, with 115 participating couples (2021: 48, 2022: 67).

- 77% of couples have started their chastity journey with a long initial lock-up period as recommended. Popular inital lock-up periods were one month (13%), three months (62%, my suggestion), six months (17%), and one year (2%); as well as 6% other. 33% of the women extended the initial lock-up period because he misbehaved.
- Longest ever periods without male orgasm: the average across all couples was just below 6 months, the record being an incredible 18 months!
- Male orgasm frequency: on average 19 times per year (that’s about once every three weeks), with a maximum of 54 times per year – quite spoiled!
- Most popular ways to bring him to orgasm:
- Handjobs (50%)
- PIV sex (28%)
- Allowing him to masturbate (11%)
- Blowjobs (10%)
- Pegging (2%)
- 80% of women have experimented with giving him touchless (“ruined”) orgasms, but only 18% ruin more than half of his orgasms.
- Female orgasm frequency: on average 118 times per year (that’s about once every three days), with a record of 315 orgasms per year – lucky her!

- Cunnilingus (50%)
